Big Mike's was established over 10 years ago when Mike Merna decided that he could hand make a Sausage and Biscuit sandwich that the world had never experienced before.

   Today, after having "hand-made" literally hundreds of thousands of his gourmet sandwiches, Big Mike's is enjoyed by people all over the United States.
